75th Dinner on the Grounds

For generations, "Dinner on the Grounds" has been a cherished Southern tradition, bringing church families together in celebration, gratitude, and fellowship. Historically, churches across the South would host these outdoor gatherings following revivals, anniversaries, and homecomings, setting up long tables under shade trees or near the church pavilion. Families would bring homemade dishes, share stories, and strengthen the bonds of community.

At Southside Methodist, we are continuing this beautiful tradition in celebration of our 75th Anniversary. Join us for a wonderful catered meal, old-fashioned games, and meaningful fellowship. This will be a time to connect with old friends, make new ones, and reflect on the incredible journey of our church.
